Popular Princess Cruise Line Book Now Available on Amazon.com

Princess Cruises has announced that it's popular cookbook Courses, A Culinary Journey; once available only onboard it's ships is now available for purchase on Amazon.com.

The 224 page coffee table cookbook has sold approximately 10,000 copies since first becoming available for purchase in January 2003 in stores onboard the ships of the Princess fleet. The book features recipies from 20 of the line's chefs, showcasing the most requested dishes as well as some the the line's signature meals.

The book is intended to be more than just a cookbook though. Using it's oversized coffee table format the book highlights 86 different recipies inspired by 10 different destinations that Princess Cruises visits around the world.

The book sells for just $49.95.
